In-depth Web content and direction for JBL, Inc.

The work included high-level marketing content for hero areas.

This was an thorough redesign, including a revamped UX effort.

Content was written for hundreds on products, and translated into over 10 languages.

All product content was sourced from one-on-one interviews with sound and product engineers, as well as written documents and Web materials.


I directed the copy for over 150 products and all of the user interface content for this re-design of JBL’s ecommerce website.
