Personas and Content - Investments & Insurance

This was a web re-design and online self-help application project. It was an intense 4-month undertaking that spanned across six business divisions and involved over 25 key stakeholders. In the end, over 120 pages were concepted, designed, written and approved by compliance attorneys. Phew.
