Here’s an example of just some of the ways our Customer Relationship Managment app can improve the lives of Disney fanatics. Our mom, Lisa, grabs her iPad to start her journey, tapping the Disney Movie Rewards icon.
After Lisa registers her family, she’s prompted to take her first tour of the app.
Lisa sees a lot of great content, Disney memorabilia, and useful filters at the bottom of the screen. As this is a CRM program, she can find the number of points she’s earned with the left-hand dashboard.
Lisa told us she has two kids during the registration process, so we can forward her info that’s specific to each child’s gender, age and interests.
There’s a ‘Frozen’ sing-a-long contest that her daughter, Ashley, will love. Mom forwards it along to Ashley’s own DMR account.
Ashley can use the same app with her very own credentials. Her account pages are filled with content that’s age-appropriate, much of which Lisa has approved. Ashley pulls up the contest Lisa forwarded along and records herself singing ‘Let It Go’ using the iPad’s camera and microphone.
She sends her performance off to mom for her review and submission to Disney. It’s important for Lisa to submit the video in order to make sure we comply with child protection laws
With the video submitted, Lisa earns more points. She’s just increased her status with the extra points she received.
The app also features geo-targeting technology. Now when Lisa arrives at her favorite shopping destination she receives limited-time-only offers for select DMR products.
Once back at home, Lisa uses her app to scan the code inside the movie she’s just bought to receive credit for her purchase.
Once again she’s earned points. And this time she’s unlocked a special reward from Disney partner AMC Theaters. She’ll treat the family to the latest Disney blockbuster.
